Homer "Sonny" Hickam

Homer "Sonny" Hickam, Jr. is now a highly acclaimed writer. His work in the space program throughout the 80's has helped boost the world further into the realm of space exploration. He worked at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama from 1981 until his retirement. His book, Rocket Boys soared to the top of the best seller lists and was turned into the movie, October Sky in 1999. This is only a sample of what "Sonny" has accomplished.
